How to remove Gwiksoft’s access to your Facebook and WhatsApp Business account, and how to ask us to delete the data we hold.
Businesses use the Gwiksoft platform to answer customers on WhatsApp with an AI assistant. When a business connects its WhatsApp number to Gwiksoft through Meta (“Connect WhatsApp”, which signs in with Facebook), Meta gives us:
We use this only to run the service for that business: showing its conversations in its Gwiksoft dashboard, replying with its AI assistant, and sending the messages and templates it chooses. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Email hello@gwiksoft.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please send it from the email address you use to sign in to Gwiksoft, and include:
If you are a customer who messaged a business on WhatsApp, tell us the business’s name and the phone number you messaged from. We will confirm the request with that business, which decides on the data it holds about its customers, and delete your messages from Gwiksoft when it agrees or when the law requires.
For anything about your data, write to hello@gwiksoft.com. Gwiksoft is based in Patna, Bihar, India.
